Our Booking Process
Contact us
Contact us via telephone or email to discuss your pets requirements. If we think physiotherapy is the right choice we can take some details and contact your vet.
Veterinary Consent
We will request a referral from your vet. This is required before any treatments can take place and gives us permission to treat as well as providing essential information on your pets condition and treatments they have received.
Book an Initial Assessment
Once a referral is in place we will contact you to book an assessment. Together, we outline a path forward that’s realistic, strategic, and tailored to your pets specific needs.
Begin the journey
We will aim to see your pet at intervals which will optimise their progress. Constant monitoring at each session provides you with support to keep motivated and ensures the required progress is being made.
