A copy of our physiotherapy referral form is available to download in Microsoft Word format or as an Adobe PDF.

For veterinary practices wishing to make a referral please download a form and return via email, attaching a full history. Vets are welcome to contact Karen directly to discuss any aspect of physiotherapy in relation to cases.

For owners wishing to request a referral please contact Karen via email or telephone to discuss your animals individual needs.

In accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, all animals attending for rehabilitation purposes will require veterinary consent before any treatments may be carried out. Veterinary physiotherapists are paraprofessionals within the veterinary industry, completing a separate training route to veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses. We form part of the multidisciplinary team but it should not be assumed that veterinary physiotherapists are vets, just as it should not be assumed human (Chartered) physiotherapists are doctors.
