"Cannot recommend Karen highly enough. We sought a referral for canine physiotherapy from our vet to help alleviate our dog's symptoms associated with bilateral hip dysplasia. Karen completed a full assessment for our dog at the initial appointment including anthropometric measurements and video recordings of our dog's gait. Subsequently, Karen provided a tailored treatment plan based on our dog's specific symptoms and our lifestyle. Karen regularly reviews our dog and as such, we can see quantifiable progress. Moreover, Karen has helped devise a plan for when our dog is having a flare up of his symptoms. We really feel it is a team effort, Karen provides the support and information needed whilst we do our best to work daily on the specific exercises she recommends. It is important to understand that the physio session(s) alone will not suffice, it is the work done at home following the physio sessions that is paramount, so any prospective customer should bear this in mind. Thanks to Karen, our dog has gone from limping on 3 legs to looking like he has no lameness at all. Finally, Karen herself is very personable and clearly wants to help you. There is no judgement if some weeks haven't been 'perfect' but rather she will either help you identify solutions to barriers or suggest more practical alternatives"

"We would highly recommend Karen. Our dog Luna required physio after spinal surgery to strengthen her back leg. Karen was very friendly, knowledgeable and calm and Luna really enjoyed her visits. Indiana was referred to Karen, after he developed a hind limb lameness, and weakness through his back. Karen saw Indi on a regular basis to strengthen his lameness. Karen was very professional following the initial assessment she provided a treatment plan, based around exercises at home and treatment in clinic each week. Karens made a new exercise plan each week as Indi progressed. It has been great to see the improvement in Indi’s walking and flexibility. Each session is followed up by an email of the plan for that week or however long your next session is. Thank you Karen for having such a positive impact on Indi’s rehabilitation

"I have been bringing my 9 year old border collie x lab here for over a year. Karen is amazing with him. Freddy has IVDD but no one told him about it! He starts off the session wired on life (border collie) but leaves nice and chilled (Labrador) and definitely in less pain. At the end of each session, you can literally see the difference in the way he holds his body from when we walk in. Following the vet and Karen’s advice between sessions helps us manage his pain at home and we have gradually increased the gap between clinic appointments. He’s in a much better position now than he was when we first started and I feel much better equipped to deal with any flares he has. I can’t thank Karen enough and Freddy loves his ‘spa’ visits. She’s a star ⭐"

"We've used Karen for all of our gang for the last decade. For rehab from injury through to strength & conditioning for our sporting dogs. We honestly wouldn't trust anyone else. Sadly, we lost our beloved Labrador Nina unexpectedly so only had a handful of sessions with Karen, but they made such a difference to her mobility and comfort. Karen is so passionate and was so kind and patient with her. Can’t recommend enough ❤️

"We first met Karen several years ago when she started treating our GSD Kodi for a spinal Issue. Kodi adored her and she was so kind and patient with him…a real natural! And the results spoke for themselves- Kodi had 3 years of good quality life without the need for surgery and physiotherapy played a huge part in that and for that we will be forever grateful! Recently our young GSD Malfoy was diagnosed with mild elbow dysplasia and after seeing a specialist we decided to try and prolong the need for surgery by using hydrotherapy and physiotherapy and of course he goes to Karen for his physio! Just like Kodi Malfoy adores her and he’s doing so well on his journey which we hope Karen will always be a part of. Wouldn’t take my dogs to anyone else 🥰"

"My dog Missy has been seeing Karen for the past two months after suffering a spinal stroke that left her unable to use her back legs. My vet recommended Karen and I'm incredibly grateful they did. Karen is extremely professional, friendly and wonderfully accommodating. Missy is quite a timid dog, but Karen made her feel relaxed and comfortable right from the start. Her calm approach and clear expertise have made a huge difference. Thanks to Karen 's support and ongoing physiotherapy, Missy has made fantastic progress. She can now walk with support-still a bit wobbly, but improving all the time. Her recovery so far is far beyond what I expected, and I truly believe Karen's dedication has been a major part of that. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone needing veterinary physiotherapy. She has been amazing for Missy and for us"

"Karen is excellent with my fearful sensitive Papillon, encouraging him to complete the exercises comfortably and giving us great advice and feedback on our work with him at home. He's always happy to realise it's 'Fizzy Time' and very keen to get into the treatment room. As he's a sports dog who has previously had surgery for bilateral patella luxation it's very important taht we keep him in top shape for agility and hoopers. and Karen immediately knows if he needs a little tweak and exactly how to achieve those improvements. River loves working with her. Highly recommended"

“Karen has been great with my rescue greyhound Billy, who was struggling with pain and his mobility after getting injured when used for racing. We are about 2 months into treatment and I can't believe how much progress Billy has made during this time! Already he is much more comfortable and more active which has been really lovely to see. “Karen and Caitlin are such lovely ladies who manage to keep my pooch calm and entertained whilst they work their magic! After his Patella Luxation surgery I couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel but then Karen and Caitlin came along and after just 3 sessions I’m already seeing such an improvement. The patience they have with him and how they adapt to his lack of staying still is unbelievable. With a few bribery treats and conversation they are able to work his leg and muscles with ease. They get you involved with the session so you can continue the exercises at home and get your pup to trust you more in touching areas that are sore. I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for us already. Highly recommend!!"
